退款政策

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Laddy First Wardrobe will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Return's Terms & Condition

1. When received a defect, please inbox our customer service within 1-3 working days. Our team will than help you check of the item is available for exchange.
2. When received a wrong colour/size item, please inbox our customer service within 1-3 working days. Should there be no more stocked for the same items, you may also reach out to friends in Laddy Firstwardrobe Facebook page and make the exchange with your fellow friends. Refund in Store Credit will only be done if there is no longer stock for the item and the problem is on our side. If the system shows that you purchase was according to item that we send, we will not be responsible for the exchange. However, you can try exchanging with your fellow friends in the Laddy Firstwardrobe Facebook page.
3. If you have received your stock and is not what you ordered, please inbox our customer service within 24hrs. All return must be posted to us within 3 working days after buyer receive the confirmation from Customer Service of Stock Availability. The first day is calculated on the day the customer service confirm on holding the exchange stock for you. Once item received seller will than send you the correct items.
4. Returns can only made strictly one time per order number. If any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
5. Refund can only made with STORE CREDIT.
6. Sale items, intimates, accessories, and gift card. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
7. Items must be in its original condition. Please make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
8. Any used / credited reward points / discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable.
